Erwin is the Program Head of the Department of Saemaul Studies and Economic Development. He holds two Masters Degree, the first one he earned 2008 at Ateneo De Manila University in Family Counseling with units in Counseling Psychology and he earned a Master’s Degree in Public Policy in International Development Cooperation from Yeungman University in Gyeongsan, South Korea. He was selected for a Fellowship Program on Social Entrepreneurship at the Global Social Impact House, with the Center of Social Impact Strategy of University of Pennsylvania in 2014. Since 2004, he has worked on training, publications, and institutional assessment projects. He has a consulting practice, where he provide SMEs and Social Enterprise services on business development, business ideation, and designing thinking,
